Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and how it is handled, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Data controller
Riccardo D’Anna. For any question about your data you can write to riccardoda35@gmail.com.
2. What data I collect
- Contact form: full name, email, phone (optional), current website address (optional), services of interest, timing, preferred channel and the text of your message.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Technical data: as with any website, the hosting service may log technical data such as your IP address for security and operational reasons.
3. Why I use it and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and prepare a proposal: these are pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), together with the consent you give in the form.
- To send you the newsletter: based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Third-party services
- FormSubmit (Devro LABS): receives the form data and forwards it to me by email. It keeps submissions for 30 days.
- Gmail (Google): the inbox where I receive messages.
- Google Fonts: the website’s fonts are downloaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
- WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message me there.
- Project previews: the projects section shows the live websites teamsalerno.it and cristinadannayoga.it, loaded from their own servers and subject to their own policies.
Some of these services may process data outside the European Union, for example in the United States, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
5. How long I keep it
Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and, if we end up working together, for the duration of the project and any legal obligations. Your newsletter email is kept until you ask to unsubscribe.
6. Cookies and browser storage
The website does not use profiling cookies or analytics tools. It only uses your browser’s local storage to remember your chosen language and whether you have already seen the opening animation.
7. Your rights
At any time you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format and withdraw your consent, by writing to riccardoda35@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country, for example the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy or the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) in Spain.
8. Do you have to provide your data?
No, but without your name, email and message I can’t reply to you.
